Unbeatable price and great location in between the 2 university’s. 5 min from the freeway and mall. Bus stop across the street. Large Variety of restaurants and dessert places nearby. Newly remodeled house with fresh paint and carpeting. Large comfy beds with a TV in your room (Netflix and Hulu provided) Table, fridge, and microwave included but please note we don’t provide a full kitchen or living room. We also ask guests to keep bathroom use to 10 min to avoid long wait times. No Pets.

Other things to note
Some remodeling is being done on the premises but it should not interfere with your stay.

We have a hypo allergenic cat named Luna. She does not ever enter your space but she will be in the common spaces.

There is a camera on the front entrance and in the common spaces of the property.
