The space
It has two rooms with double bed, its living room with sofa bed and dining room, smart TV with chromecast, wifi, full bathroom and integral kitchen with essential items of comfort, the area is very quiet and full of vegetation, air and light. The space is very ventilated and cozy. It is central and accessible to transport to the entire city.
We do not have our own parking but in front and around the building there are several sidewalk areas in the street area.
On the corner is a "MiBici" station.

You have hot water, soap, shampoo, rinse, body soap, towel, full kitchen with necessary utensils and help some spices, toilet and laundry area, iron, TV, wifi, privacy and tranquility

Important:

The apartment is in a quiet area so parties are not allowed, high volume, screams, enter more people, you have to take care of the behavior of your children, they are rules of lodging out of respect for the neighborhood community of the building.

Keep the access door to the building locked, do not release or throw this door down as it sounds very loud and can be damaged.

Identification photo is requested on both sides of who hires and who is staying upon confirmation of booking.

It's no longer new furniture or freshly painted walls because it's inexpensive for five people. But it's very comfortable.

Smoking is not allowed either inside or outside the stay, (includes stairs to the building, its entrance and green areas), access to the garden areas is not allowed. Also not to leave trash or cigarette butts in these areas.
