very charming 2-room apartment, very quiet, south-facing, on the top floor with large terrace, barbecue and bay windows around the apartment, at the foot of line 12, in the heart of the city center and close to the Olympic village. Apartment close to amenities and private parking included.

comfortable apartment (TV, Wi-Fi) Very bright thanks to the 50 m2 south-facing terrace, it has a large, very pleasant living room, and a spacious bedroom. The bathroom has a bathtub, the kitchen is open with an oven/coffee machine/utensils. If the light is too strong ;) no worries thanks to the electric blinds that cover the entire apartment.
