Cozy cottage with wooden terrace perched in the trees of a beautiful wooded and flowered garden and overlooking the pool, the bocce court and the main layouts of the "La Borie du Cambord" property. Ideal to keep an eye on your big children or to recharge your batteries peacefully as a couple. It is covered by a beautiful wisteria, a rose bush and a vine that allow you to enjoy the terrace in privacy.

The space
The gite includes a bedroom with a king-size bed and plenty of storage, a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet, an equipped kitchen and a large living room composed of a comfortable space with TV and wood stove, a dining area and an area that can be used as a sleeping area for 2 people (sofa bed in addition to the sofa).

The cottage measures a little more than 35m² on the ground, it is mendacious so it is not about m² Carrez law. The large wooden terrace measures 20m² and includes a dining table with a gas barbecue, an outdoor living room and sun loungers with a parasol.

We are located in a quiet area on the heights of Sarlat 6 km from the medieval city center that has made it famous.
Nearest shops: Restaurants, producer's farm (bread, fruits and vegetables, dairy products...) within 2 km.
Leclerc shopping center and all amenities (bakery, gas...) 4 km away.

Pauline et Pierre-Yves, nous sommes un couple d'ancien cuisinier et agronome en reconversion professionnelle ... nous nous sommes installés en 2019 sur la propriété de "La Borie du Cambord" aux portes de Sarlat pour créer une chambre d'hôtes et table d'hôtes avec ses fruits et légumes bio du jardin et les produits des producteurs locaux... nous avons aussi repris et amélioré l'activité existante des 3 gites et 2 sites de "Glamping" (une tente safari et une caravane vintage) de 2 à 4 personnes. Avec l'épidémie de Covid nous ne savons pas si nous pourrons vous proposer le service de table d'hôtes mais nous louons les différents ensembles afin de pouvoir vous faire profiter de ce cadre magnifique dans une région riche pour sa gastronomie, sa culture, ses loisirs...
Nous proposons cependant un service de livraison de pains, viennoiseries et pâtisseries tous les matins, au prix de la boulangerie, ainsi que des confitures maison confectionnées avec les fruits locaux.

We will be very happy to meet you and welcome you in this beautiful setting and ideal for holidays and weekends.
We just took over this beautiful property, we have renovated the interior of the main house where we rent bed and breakfasts. We have also just refurbished some indoor spaces, including setting up the organic orchard and vegetable garden to offer a guest table with quality products (some evenings - on average 2-3 times a week depending on bookings). We hope you will be satisfied and won over by this relaxing haven surrounded by nature.
