The space
Exclusive use of the backyard pool built for privacy. Fully fenced in backyard. 2300sq ft of indoor living space. 4 large bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Large living room with plenty of seating for movie night or binge watching your favorite TV shows. Cable TV. 4 TVs total in the home. 2 in Common Areas, 1 in the Master Bedroom, one in another bedroom. 3 TVs have cable service to them, three are smart TVs which are internet connected. Feel free to bring your Apply TV, Roku, or FireTV to plug in or simply use your favorite streaming application. Fully equipped modern kitchen with many appliances and cooking essentials. Dining space for 8+ people. Two second story patios with views and an expansive backyard patio surrounding the pool. Outdoor built in gas BBQ. Outdoor shower and sink. Pool/beach towels provided.

Please note that this home has a maximum occupancy of 8 persons at all times. No events, gatherings or parties are allowed.

This home does not have Air Conditioning.

There is an additional $50 per night fee for hot tub use to cover the increased cost of utilities that it drives.

There is a Ring doorbell camera in use and a Ring Floodlight camera in use above the garage. No cameras inside at all and no cameras in the backyard or patios.

The landscapers come every Monday to mow the front and back lawns and do yard maintenance. They are usually there in the morning.

The pool cleaner comes Tuesdays. During April - September the pool cleaner to the home on both Tuesdays and Fridays.

All areas of the home and property are accessible with the exception of three locked closets (two hall, one bedroom), a small side yard with pool equipment and shed. There is a two car garage and driveway parking available. Street parking is free.

Other things to note
The house is pet friendly, however there is a $100 per day fee for pets. Some pool toys provided. The pool is heated via a solar system, it is warm during the summer months, but is cooler during the winter months. The hot tub can be heated with a $50 per day charge to cover increased utilities costs. This home does not have Air Conditioning. Every room has a ceiling fan and temperatures are typically mild year round. The pool is a great way to cool off in the warmer months of July, August and September. Large selection of DVD/Blu Ray movies and books available.
