Our little paradise; a lovely country home with 2 totally independent apartments on 1 acre of manicured garden around a lovely infinity salt pool, overlooking the Atlantic ocean. Perfect for nature lovers. An ideal place to unwind, relax in peace after the hectic adventures that St Lucia can offer. There is constantly a beautiful breeze as it is open on all fronts with its large screened bay windows and doors. Immersion in nature combined with comfort was our priority making this beautiful home.

The space
The part of the house you will be renting is the downstairs part steps away from the pool. The 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms loft style space is 2000 Square feet= 185 square meters, 10 feet ceiling, with screens all around, air condition, solar energy, all on one level.
Both bedrooms and the loft have majestic views of the garden.
There is a well equipped American style open kitchen. with all the necessaries; it is our home and we love to cook. We don’t advise you to drink the tap water in St Lucia. At arrival we offer a 2 gallon bottle of spring water to help you out until you buy your own.

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole property. The property and Pool are shared with guests staying upstairs.
IF YOU WISH TO HAVE THE POOL AND THE PROPERTY GROUNDS ALL BY YOURSELF IT IS POSSIBLE IF THE OTHER APARTMENT IS NOT RENTED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING FOR THE FLAT FEE AMOUNT OF $US120 PER NIGHT.

In any case only registered guests are allowed on the property and or around the pool.

Other things to note
We are located in the tropics so please make sure to bring some long pants, socks and long sleeve shirts for mosquito time( at dawn and dusk) and for the cool evenings between december and april. How to get to the house from the airport:
From Hewanorra airport drive north about 20 minutes. look for large sign "the Fox Grove Inn" on the left. Shortly after this sign turn left follow this road down the winding road to the driveway of the Fox Grove Inn turn left into the driveway and as you as going up you will see a green iron gate on your right; that is our house. If you have a gps just type: "villa colibri Mon Repos" it will take you there.
Please provide your flight information so that we can monitor your flights and be aware of about what time to expect you at the villa. Physical Check in by Albina has to happen before it gets dark. After that we can leave you the keys in a lock box with a code.

Where you’ll be

Praslin, St Lucia

The house is in the middle of Nature with lots of birds flying around the flowers and the fruit baring trees on the property; the center piece of the property is the infinity 13 meters lap pool. Literally steps away from the house is the fox groove Inn ( rated as one of the top 10 restaurants on the island) where you can have either breakfast(US$10), delicious lunch or dinner (US$30).
The little village 10-15mn walk from the house called Mon Repos is a quiet neighborhood where many local farmers reside.
Special hiking tours can be arranged which are guided by a local self taught botanist Melvin and are the highlight of the guests experience visiting this property; please book in advance as he is quiet popular.
