Travellers who need to go to IISc, Ramaiah hospital, BEL Road, Palace grounds, MG Road, BIEC often stay at my place. This is a cosy little neat home in a peaceful residential locality, close to all amenities. The airport is just 40 minutes away. Restaurants, eateries, supermarkets and a hospital are less than 5 minutes away by walk.

The space
I believe that whenever you travel to a place faraway from home or faraway from your zone of familiarity, it gives you a great opportunity to introspect, retrospect and be rid of the everyday humdrum and stress. I also believe that hotel rooms often encapsulate you in a world which is sterile, homogeneous and emotionless. I would like you, my guests to experience life a little differently when you stay in any of the spaces which I have personally converted into homes infused with the culture and air of Bangalore. You will find my homes cheerful and welcoming with plenty of natural light. Peepal tree view(named after the magnificent tree that overlooks the home) has been brought to it's current shape by me and my father. It is simple, practical and elegant. My homes are not a repository for unwanted furniture and tacky mindless decor. Each part has been carefully chosen and procured just as someone would do for a home they live in and love. Ask me and I'll be pleased to tell you the story of how I set it up.

Where you’ll be

Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

There is a food street round the corner where you can find a generous variety of street food in the evenings. The neighbourhood is green with many trees. This is a homely locality and you will find children playing on the street in the evening. You will be a spectator to a slice of life that is reminiscent of old Bangalore.

I'm a commercial photographer. In my past life, I was a regular office goer contributing to the peak hour traffic in Bangalore.

I am a quiet person on the outside and on the inside, I'm having endless conversations. I have a soft corner for books, art, fountain pens, exotic fruits, cats, air tickets and sunny days.

You can get me talking in a jiffy if you add ample portions of culture, philosophy, economics, adventure, conservation or similar boring stuff in your conversation. But seriously, I think a good conversation is one of the greatest pleasures of life.
