A light, sunfilled space, brand new and totally uncluttered. New bathrooms and beds. A fabulous space to enjoy the sunshine, the pool and meals with an incredible view. Easy walking distance from all that Villefranche has to offer and a private lift to every floor.

The space
The house has 5 bedrooms, all with ensuites and the kitchen and sitting room and main terrace are on the top floor to make the most of the stunning views. The pool is 8.5m x 4m x 1.85m deep.Every bedroom has a view to the sea and they are fairly similar sizes. The lift stops at each floor from the street / garage level.

Neighbourhood highlights

Villefranche has a special atmosphere of its own. It is a holiday destination but with its own residents keeping it alive throughout the year. Its bay is beautiful and the old town well preserved. It is perfect for travellers who want to access Nice and Monaco but would prefer to be in a smaller village for the evenings and have everything a bit closer to hand.
