Retreat in the city in this newly restored 1-bedroom apartment in Salt Lake City. Walking distance to almost anything in the area. FAST fiber optic wifi and cozy, stylish accommodations. With a fully stocked kitchen (cooking utensils, kitchen appliances, utensils, dishes, pots & pans etc.) this quaint apartment is a great urban spot to unwind in the city.

The space
This plant-filled apartment comes equipped with a stocked kitchen to cook, fiber optic internet, a 40” flat screen TV with apple TV (access to Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc.), queen bed in the bedroom and sofa with full size pull out bed, pull-up garage parking, and outdoor bbq. Whether you are visiting the city from out of state or looking for a staycation you will enjoy this apartment full of natural design elements for a peaceful getaway while in the city.

The city is full of dining options that will satisfy any foodie or anyone looking for good food and a fun atmosphere. There are many attractions nearby, museums, beautiful architecture, outdoor shopping, quirky boutiques, SLC award winning library, Temple Square gardens, Red Butte Gardens, the event center, the Gateway entertainment mall, Hogle Zoo, and a short drive to our breathtaking mountains with countless hikes and trails to explore.

***No elevator and 3 flights of stairs are required to get to apartment.

Parking
Note**garage space is appx 6'5" clearance. Not suitable for larger trucks, SUV's, or cars with a lift or large rack on top.
One pull-up garage space is available as well as street parking. There are plenty of ways to get around such as bike sharing/rentals, public transportation and ride share.

Animals
ALL animals must be approved prior to your arrival. Animals are allowed with a $25 fee per animal. You must include in your communication of your stay that you are bringing an animal so that the pet deposit and fee can be added to your stay.
