For guests in the urbanization there are 4 adults swimming pools 4 children's pools, a tennis court,there is also the tourist center of Alba resort with restaurant,SPA,Golf course,gym. The beach is within walking distance. Famous Puerto Banus 15 minutes drive.our district provides an excellent opportunity to feel secure and hidden from the eyes and, if necessary, to navigate to the infrastructure. To Estepona travel by car 4 minutes walking through the beautiful narrow Spanish streets,sit in restaurants,walk along the waterfront. The equipped sandy beach with cafes and sun loungers. Beautiful place the port Duckles Manilva,with restaurants overlooking the (URL HIDDEN) 4 minutes. I recommend to take a car rental to roll about and compare towns in Andalusia.

Guests can make use of the whole area urbanization,pools,gardens,tennis court.You can go to the open roof-Solarium in the house, and to use their own garden for relaxation and sunbathing.In his garden for kids you can put an inflatable mini pool, which is also available.

I recommend to visit with children Safari Park, which is very near by location.Also a beautiful port and restaurants in Puerto de la Duquesa Manilva, and of course beautiful historic spirit in the Spanish town of Estepona.

I want to make guests feel like home and also cared about the property. Not allowed animals!! No Smoking!!! Pay attention to children, to not hurt,not damaged, the house has lots of glass surfaces and high stairs to the second floor.

Fantastic townhouse close to the beach. We spent a fantastic week with our 3 kids under 5 and my parents. Great urbanization with 2 swimming pools (1 for kids). As far as you are OK taking the car, you can enjoy numerous beaches in the area. You need to cross a trafficked roundabout without lights in order to reach the only beach that is at walking distance from the house. A couple of details to keep in mind: the house is a few hundred meters from the urbanization gate: get ready to work out a bit with the suitcases at arrival and departure. A/C does not work at the same time in the two floors. Other than those couple if things, do not hesitate in renting Vera's and enjoyibg also the solarium with a view: to the sea and to the mountains!

La casa es adosada en una urbanización muy bonita, a 200 metros del mar, aunque de difícil acceso andando ya que hay que atravesar una rotonda en medio de la autovia y sí vas con niños da yuyu. Por ello preferimos coger todos los días el coche y sí vas un poco más allá dirección Cádiz o hacia manilva, las playa son excelentes y muy poco pobladas, por lo menos en esta semana. Consta de dos piscinas, una de ellas mejor que la otra por ser de gresite. aunque las dos muy bien y prácticamente vacías, cosa que se agradece. Dispone de 3 habitaciones con camas amplias para 2 personas y un sofá cama tamaño matrimonio, excelente y amplio. Un patio con césped artificial y una rinconera y mesas para desayunar, cenar, etc... aunque muchos mosquitos!. En la cocina solo había cubiertos para 6 y faltaban utensilios básicos y un microondas. El aire acondicionado de la parte de abajo no enfriaba, pero es una casa bastante fresquita, así que ha sido soportable. Arriba genial, te quedabas helado y se duerme de lujo!!. El solárium ni pisarlo, pero esta ok. Todo está muy nuevo y bien cuidado. Excelente comunicación y la casa muy limpia, así como genial Sandra, que se encargó de darnos entrada y salida. Muy amable y comunicativa también. Por poner un pero, el ascensor que va directo de la cochera al salón (que por cierto es para dos coches perfectamente, en mi caso BMW x3 y Audi A4, es Decir, grandes), no funcionaba y para acceder hay que darse un gran pateo cargado con las maletas y demás. La zona muy tranquila y para poder cenar o pasear o algo hay que coger siempre el coche. En resumen hemos disfrutado la semana y ha ido todo genial. Gracias a Vera y Sandra por todo!!.

Провели в этих апартаментах 2 недели своего отдыха. Хорошая урбанизация, новые и удобные для нашей семьи апартаменты: на втором этаже 3 спальни, 2 ванные комнаты, 2 балкона, на первом этаже гостиная с зоной отдыха со спутниковым телевидением и хорошим Wi-Fi, оснащенная кухня и туалет. Здесь же терраса, на которой мы любили ужинать и лужайка. Наверху солярий. Море рядом, но до перехода идти 15 минут. Для удобства арендовали машину, до ближайших магазинов иначе не добраться (автобусная остановка до Эстапоны находится в 20 минутах пешей прогулки от апартаментов). Подземным гаражом не пользовались, удобнее было оставлять машину на стоянке перед урбанизацией. Апартаменты оснащены всем необходимым. Хозяйка Вера очень отзывчивый человек. Она и ее помощники всегда были на связи и помогали при необходимости.
