***This is a newly remodeled 1 bedroom apartment in a duplex; the other side of the house is empty through the summer months, so you will most likely have the property to yourselves. A perfect, spacious home for your next getaway to enjoy the Florida sunshine and beaches! This is a great place for a couple or just 1 person looking for a home away from home. Also, we do rent out long term 2-3 months in the months from April till December. Message me, and we'll agree on a price!

This apartment is in a duplex; the other side of the duplex is empty most of the time, the owners come and stay in the winter for a few months and short visits from time to time. You have access to a kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 bedroom, 1 full bath with wheelchair accessible shower, and a small, private outdoor patio.

***Check in instructions will be sent to you on the day of your arrival. There is a coded lock on the front door, so no keys will be exchanged.
***Starter Hygiene Kit available for your use.
***Smart TV and WI-FI available to log in and use your favorite apps.
