This beautiful duplex apartment in a recently completed architect house was lovingly designed completely from a single source. The equipment is very high quality and modern.

Frankfurt city center and trade fair are reachable in about 20 minutes. The Frankfurt International School is in the immediate vicinity.

The space
On the ground floor is a spacious living / dining area with a luxuriously equipped kitchen (Siematic, Siemens appliances, capsule coffee machine and natural stone worktop). A large dining table and a cozy sofa corner invite you to linger. The living area has a Smart TV and Sonos One.

From the living / dining area you reach the wooden deck terrace with outdoor furniture through a large sliding door.

A wooden staircase opens up the 1st floor. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a modern bathroom with floor-to-ceiling shower made of natural stone and bathtub are accessed from a corridor.
