Pretty Cornish village on the rugged North coast, many iconic scenes from the Poldark series were filmed in this area, on the cliffs showing the local mines and engine houses. There are lovely surfing beaches at Chapel Porth, Trevaunance Cove and Trevellas Cove. Many mining ruins and history, coastal path walks, plenty of pubs with live music, a church, museum, places to eat out (vegan / vegetarian friendly). There is also a vegan village bakery selling wonderful cakes, pasties etc. The Cornish Pizza Company sells vegan pizzas. The Miners Arms at Mithian ( about 2miles) has extensive vegan menu including Sunday roasts and deserts etc) most of the pubs and cafes in St Agnes are vegan friendly.
