Tipsea is a fully refurbished fishermans cottage with kitchen-diner, sitting room and 2 ensuite bedrooms with kingsize beds. (1 with shower and 1 with bath & shower). The cottage has been furnished to a very high standard including, underfloor heating and a log burner for those cosy nights in. Luxury high count bed linen is provided for your comfort. Just a few strides to findhorn bay waters edge, which you can see from the cottage. The wonderful sandy beaches are just 5 minutes walk away.
