Convenient drive from Kahului airport (approx 30 mins) and located in South Maui.

***All guests must register at the front office upon check-in and sign the Covid-19 waiver. Failure to report to the office within the initial 24 hours will result in the guest being reported to the quarantine violation hotline and a $50 fine. The next day the fine increases to $100. These fines will be taken from your security deposit.

County of Maui Public Health Emergency Rules now require the download of the AlohaSafe Alert application or other Google-Apple exposure notification system application for all travelers on the Safe Travels program and those who obtain a limited quarantine exemption.
For transpacific and interisland travelers, downloading the exposure notification apps is a requirement to avoid quarantine for 10 days. This is in addition to a negative COVID-19 pre-arrival test from a trusted partner.***

House Guidelines

1. Please remove your shoes upon entering and make every effort to keep sand and dirt outside. Please use the outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day of hiking or enjoying the beach.
2. Please notify the property manager immediately of any problems with the house so we may quickly address it.
3. Our home is in a residential area. Please be a thoughtful neighbor and keep noise, music, etc. to a minimum between 9:00 pm and 9:00 am.
4. Wrap, store or refrigerate all food and drinks to discourage pests.
5. Trash should always be bagged tightly in plastic bags and deposited in the trash cans.
6. Please feel free to do laundry while you are here. Washing towels and linens helps out during your stay.
7. This is a non-smoking home.
8. If your home offers air-conditioning. We kindly ask that your turn off the units when you are not occupying the rooms. Please let your property manager know should any leaks occur from the units.

CHECK OUT PROCEDURES:
Check-out time is 10:00 am , unless a late check out has been prearranged.
Please wash and replace all dishes, cookware, food storage containers, and utensils in their proper place. Lock all doors and replace the key in the lock-box.
A $25 fee is charged for lost key.
Excessive cleaning, trash, sand in homes, and dirty laundry (more than one set of sheets per bed and two towels per person) will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
