Traditional Stone Villa is a charming retreat, comprising of two 3-bedroom villas with a lovely private swimming pool in front of them. These villas are set amidst a delightful garden adorned with orange and lemon trees. Located just 1 km from the beautiful village of Armenoi and 2 km from the sandy beach of Kalyves, the impressive Villa offer a perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. The picturesque old town of Chania is about 20 km away, while the town of Rethymno 40 km away.

The space
Each stunning, stone-built villa offers three simple and functional, lovely bedrooms furnished in earthy tones. All bedrooms provide en-suite bathrooms, wardrobes, satellite TV and air conditioning. Wireless internet is available in every corner of the villa.

One bedroom with a king size bed and a en-suite bathroom with shower and hydromassage can be found on the ground floor of each Villa. A furnished, covered patio and the swimming pool are directly accessible from this lovely bedroom.

Two more bedrooms, one with king size bed and one with two twin beds are provided on the upper floor of both villas. Bathrooms with shower cabins are available in each bedroom. A spacious veranda, partially shaded with a pergola and equipped with comfortable furniture, is accessible from both bedrooms.

A spacious living room area with a fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, VCR, CD player, and a few books is provided on the ground floor of each villa. A fully-equipped kitchen, a dinning area for six people and one double bedroom are also available on this floor. Big refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster.

We would like to inform you that three additional range beds can be provided in the open plan area, two of which you can transfer in a bedroom, if needed.

All guests can enjoy a lovely veranda and courtyard, partially shaded with pergolas. A private swimming pool of 70 sqm with sun loungers offers lovely moments of relaxation under the warm sun, among the beautiful trees.

Other things to note
Air-condition, wireless internet, bed linen, bathroom towels, pool towels and cleaning every a few days are included in the price.

A new tourist tax (climate crisis resilience fee) of 30 Euros per villa per day must be paid on arrival in cash.

For weddings and events, please note that there is an additional fee of 1.000 Euros payable in cash.
