Beautiful studio in amazing woodland location. Seven minute stroll to central Totnes, yet set on a lovely hedgerow-lined bridlepath. Contemporary designed, newly built studio flat perfect for a weekend getaway. Parking included.

The studio is located right at the start of the Sharpham trail - a famously scenic two mile walk from Totnes to Asprington, and seven minutes walk from central Totnes, with restaurants, great pubs and plenty of interesting shop to browse.
