The space

This unique apartment, very bright and sunny, is located in the picturesque neighborhood of Gracia.

Five minutes walking away from the Verdaguer metro station, very well connected to the rest of the city.
The location is very good. Within a 5 minutes walk you can reach Passeig de Gràcia. In addition, its privileged location allows to reach, by foot or by short metro ride, the main tourist areas, since it is located within walking distance of Las Ramblas, the Cathedral and the Gothic Quarter, Sagrada Familia, the most emblematic buildings Gaudí or the most representative shops in Barcelona.

The apartment consists of 1 double bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living room and a wonderful terrace where you can enjoy breakfast while sunbathing.
The master bedroom has a double bed and a small desk.
There is also a loft where there are 2 single beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the amenities:
Toaster, microwave, oven, hob, fridge freezer, kettle, coffee maker.

In the lounge there is a comfortable sofa and a table for up to 4 persons.
As entertainment, it has a 32-inch TV and a DVD.

The living room sofa can be converted into a double bed.

From the living room there is Access to the terrace, equipped with table, chairs and a barbecue.

The apartment, because its space, is recommended for maximum 4 people and perfect for little families or couples.

Note that young friend groups are not allowed in this apartment.

The building does not have elevator, but there are no more than 15 steps to reach the apartment.

From the apartment you can take a nice walk around the neighborhood of Gracia. A good place to wander through its streets full of charm. The district of Gracia is plenty of restaurants and bars of all kind to choose from.

Barcelona’s Gracia neighborhood is located at the north of the Eixample.

Gràcia is immediately recognizable for its narrow streets, a stark contrast to the wide and modern boulevards of L’Eixample. It is known as a hip area with an active and politically-conscious community.
Here you’ll find a big number of lively plazas, bars and restaurants, but it has a slightly more mature crowd than other cultural hubs like El Born or El Raval.

Our host's colleague was waiting for us outside the apartment when we arrived and was able to show us in and gave us a tour of the rooms, she was very helpful and explained everything to us. The flat is exactly as described and lives up to the photos, it was lovely! Really spacious and more than enough room for the three of us. The flat is a walk away from all the major sights in Barcelona and really close to metro and bus stations if needed. The neighbourhood was great, lots of bars and restaurants, and supermarkets nearby but not at all loud at night. Facilities in the flat are great, wifi is excellent and the terrace is really nice. We also especially liked the bathroom, very clean and modern! Our host was very accommodating when our flight was delayed and allowed us to stay a few extra hours which was really nice. I could not recommend staying here enough! Location, nearby amenities, and the flat itself are all excellent!

Dani was great with exchanging info and organising check-in. The apartment is lovely: nicely decorated and the perfect size for 3 single travellers. The location was excellent too, within walking distance of many very nice bars and restaurants, and well-connected. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

We loved this space in the awesome Gracia neighborhood in Barcelona! The location was exactly what we were looking for -- something away from the touristy neighborhoods, but still close to great dining. We were able to walk to every restaurant we wanted and were just a 7-10 minute walk to the Metro station. My favorite part of the house was the decor and the BLACKOUT curtains! We slept (guiltily) almost 10 hours everyday because the room stayed so dark cool. By the time we got to Barcelona we'd been traveling for 8 days so we welcome the comfortable sleep settings. There are also plenty of great shops, markets, and supermercados near Dani's place. With ease we were able to buy jamon, cheese and cava to sip on the terrace. I'd recommend this spot to anyone! Gracias!

Dani's place was just as advertised. It was clean, spacious and we loved the neighborhood. We had a problem with the internet router going down, and I sent one e-mail and they were there and replaced it the next morning.

Dani's home was an excellent change of pace for us after spending one night in the Gothic quarter, which is a lot more bustling with tourists. In this quieter (yet still very lively) neighborhood, you'll find wonderful restaurants, plazas for people watching and accessibility to things like Park Güell, La Sagrada Familia and a bike rental shop to explore the city on wheels (we rode down to the beach one day, which could've only taken 20 minutes but took closer to 40 because you have to weave in and out of people/traffic). The apartment itself was extremely
