Apartment with lots of light in all the rooms and very spacious and clean, also large common areas with lots of light, has private terrace with 20 m2 , and communal with more than 200 m2, this with communal pool (normally open in summer ) and both terraces with business views of the mountains and the horseshoe bay.
With very quiet neighborhood with playground and sports court, the beach is a 10 mn walk and 2 mn by car.

The space
The apartment is very well decorated, very spacious, with a kitchen, living room and terrace together with which you can be cooking or eating in the living room or terrace and be together watching TV.
It also allows you to have privacy , as the double bedroom is independent of the rest and its bathroom.
And the single rooms on the other side of the floor, with their separate bathroom for them.
With private terrace of 20 m2 with very good views.
It is fully equipped.

We have a nice deal with people staying on the floor , flexible check in and check out.

The neighborhood is quiet and has a good neighborhood vibe.
It has a sports court and a playground with gym appliances, it is in the village a 10 mn walk from the beach or the center (by car 2 mn)


In the village there are buses to get to Almuñecar and there are buses to anywhere else.
There are countless things and attractions to see and do, from any kind of sport to animal water parks, fish, etc.

Normally a deposit is delivered at the entrance totally returnable except for electricity and water.
