Our location has the best of town and country... we have an entrance to the Waterfowl Park in our back yard, with town amenities and Mount Allison University only a 15-minute walk away.

We have long term plans to convert our green field into a garden for birds - Le Jardin Des Oiseaux. Philippe and Madame Le Faison, although very shy, are our mascots.

The space
A 1925 home on two acres with a brightly lit 2017 apartment - "The Underground". Bedroom windows catch the sunrise in the east, while kitchen windows catch the sunset from the west. The kitchen has room to spare, the living room is comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious.

Although a two-bedroom apartment, we will AirBnB the apartment with both bedrooms or AirBnB one bedroom at a time. See our two other ads for details on taking both bedrooms, or taking Baker instead of Oxford.

The Sackville Waterfowl Park is at our back door. Downtown has delicious dining options, such as Mel's Tea Room, Joeys Pizzeria and Pub, Cranewood's Bakery and Cafe, Song's Chopstick's and more. The Vogue Cinema plays current movies and serves delicious popcorn.

We are a couple with a long term plan to convert a house with a big field into a garden for birds - Le Jardin Des Oiseaux. Your visit will have the best of town and country - we are a 15-minute walk to downtown Sackville NB and Mount Allison University, and the boardwalk to the Sackville Waterfowl Park is at the bottom of our field.
