**Newly renovated Apt, close to Guinness Storehouse & 20mins walk from Temple Bar'

My place is an extremely spacious & bright apartment situated in the heart of the vibrant district of Kilmainham, Dublin 8. Some of the best tourist attractions are right on your doorstep like Guinness, Kilmainham Gaol and the Irish Museum of Modern Art. City centre & Temple Bar are 20mins walk away.

My place is good for couples, business travellers, families (with kids), and big groups.

The space

The open-plan living room is perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring Dublin. There are two comfy sofa-beds (available for extra guests) as well as a TV to keep you entertained.

Feel free to take advantage of the fully-equipped kitchen - great if you prefer to cook at home (although Dublin has lots of world-class bars and restaurants - be sure to check the Guidebook section for some of my personal recommendations!).

There are two bedrooms: one with two twin beds and one with a double to ensure you get a good night’s sleep. My cleaners place fresh, hotel quality linen and towels on your bed prior to arrival. The master bedroom also features a private en-suite shower room.

Finally, the flat boasts a bathroom with a full-size bath/shower. Toiletries including shower gel and shampoo provided!

Guest access

You will have access to the entire apartment with all cooking facilities, high speed internet, cable TV and radio and 32inch TV.
Washer/Dryer & Dishwasher

Interaction with guests

I will be always available for any questions or help.

Susan's apartment is a great place to stay in order to explore Dublin. We were only 5 minutes from some great attractions (such as Kilmainham Jail), and not a long walk from the main city. We found that a taxi for 7 people was under €10 to get towards the pubs and shops of Dublin, which was great as it is getting colder! The bedrooms were well equipped, and the sofa beds were very comfortable. The apartment was very clean and tidy when we arrived. It also felt very secure and safe - quiet too!

Perfect apartment 10 mins from the city centre. The arrangement to pick up and leave keys was very easy and hassle free. The apartment is very close to the Guinness factory and only 10 mins in a cab to Temple Bar. Good clean spacious flat everything you needed was there. Would highly recommend

Apartment is clean and modern as per pictures and comfortably accommodates 6. Location c. 30 minutes walk to the centre, although taxi drivers struggled sometimes with finding it - key is to say near to St James' hospital it seems! There is a fantastic bakers just around the corner (heading away from centre) next to Spar. Gaol also just around the corner and well worth a visit (although book in advance). Not sure you'd walk around the area at night too much but taxis were easy enough to get and not too expensive and apartment in gated area and felt perfectly safe. Enjoy!

Fantastic apartment for exploring the city, easy access to city centre by foot or via main city bus and tram routes, as well as the popular hop on hop off services. Local shop nearby to stock up for your stay as required including bakery. Apartment is clean and spacious and got the 'wow' response from our teenagers, most importantly the apartment is a relaxing space to unwind after a packed day enjoying beautiful Dublin.

The place was perfect for a group of 7 adults. Perfectly clean and with everything you might need. Susan gave us detailed information on how to get there and some good tips to find something to eat on the surroundings. The communication with the host was great :)

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The beds were great and the sofa beds were also very comfortable. The kitchen and washing machine was efficient. Very central to bars, and city center with transportation nearby. The only issue was the master bathroom was not as clean as I would have hoped but this is a very easy fix. The host communicated well and provided all the basic necessities.
