Interaction with guests
I welcome the travelers upon arrival and at the time of departure and provide necessary information for the good functioning of the accommodation. Possibility to leave the key if the traveler is late or if the hours are tricky for me.
Other things to note
The building is very well secured. There are two access codes.
Check-in is after 3 pm and check-out before 9:00 am. When possible, I'm flexible regarding the hours.
You can leave the key inside on the table before leaving and just softly shut the door, without much noise while leaving the apartment so as not to disturb the neighbors.
I'd appreciate that you notify me through sms if you damaged or broke something.
Provide enough ventilation in the studio during your stay and use the radiator moderately.
The shower door is brand new and works well!
J'aime les voyages pour avoir vécu aux États Unis et en Amérique du Sud, la musique, le cinéma, Paris, les musées, les bons bistrots et restaurants.
