We intend to do this job in Japan as we did in Italy because it is really what make us happy.
Our mission is try to fit Japanese atmosphere, colors, smell and traditions in only 35sqm !
Please smoke on the balcony if you have to!
Please take off your shoes and leave it in the entrance !
Please be quiet after 10pm!
Please take care about tatami and rice paper.
Please let us know your arrival time!
Japanese traditional house are so suggestive but also so delicate. Please understand that the "privacy concept" in this traditional wood house is a bit different than a normal concrete house. Walk gently on the tatami and take care about noise regulation.

We are Andrea and Mayumi! Australia and love for new experiences brought us together !
For six years we have traveled the world together sleeping in the most absurd and disparate place. In Italy we have managed tourist apartments for years and now that we moved to Kyoto , the birthplace of Mayumi , we would like to put at your disposal our experience to introduce you this fantastic city in the way it deserves.
Andrea: "Personally, I feel even more tourists resident. In my spare time , when I'm not busy studying the language , I love to lose myself and find myself on the banks of the Kamogawa river . " I think it has something magical that always manages to draw me in spite of everything . If you like sports or readers like myself, do not forget your sneakers or your readings , the banks of the Kamogawa are perfect for these practices ! Welcome revelers are also musicians and aspiring photographers . In short, Kamogawa is for everyone! "
In addition to welcome you upon your arrival , We will indicate places to see , shops or restaurants to eat and anything else you need !
We speak English Italian and Japanese . With the Spaniard we will arrange ! ;)
See you there!
Siamo Andrea e Mayumi!
Parliamo Italiano Inglese e Giapponese. Con lo spagnolo ci si arrangia! ;)
