Enjoy Saratoga living in this updated, modern lofted home that is close to everything! Tons of plants, memory foam mattresses, & is walkable to both downtown and the track. Hang out inside in the lofted living room surrounded by greenery or enjoy the screened in porch & fenced in yard. Cozy and clean- you'll love your stay with us!

It's easy to get downtown- an Uber takes only 4 minutes, while a walk takes 20-25 mins down either beautiful Caroline Street or 5th Ave alongside the Oklahoma track.

The space
We only host quiet and respectful guests in our home. The house is 1700+ sf with a finished basement, fully fenced in backyard, and with a small patio. There are 3 bedrooms (king/queen/queen beds) and another unofficial bedroom in the basement (2 twins), with two full baths, one on each floor. The king and queen beds are all high quality memory foam mattresses. The driveway holds 4 cars so please carpool accordingly.

There is a small gym in the basement for guests to use.

Sleep is important to us- all queen and king mattresses are high quality memory foam to ensure great sleep during your stay. Our guests rave about our mattresses!

The house is on one of downtown Saratoga's only cul-de-sacs (and a tiny one at that) containing only 5 houses. All neighbors are quiet, respectful, kind people, and we expect our renters to provide that same level of neighborly attitude. No need to worry about street parking here! If you're familiar with Saratoga then you know the East Side is the place to be- very safe, accessible location, and beautiful streets.
