Les Cerisiers is a beautiful Provençal villa with a large 12 metre pool. The pool has its own shower and WC. The house is surrounded by lovely olive terraces, a well, lemon trees and vines and is private. You can walk to the shops, restaurants and cafes of the village of Seillans in 15 minutes. There are 3 patios with seating round the house, with an outside dining area under vines.There is table tennis, table football, boules, TV and DVD player, wifi and a large Bose Bluetooth speaker .

The space
There is a large tastefully decorated living room with comfy angled sofas around the fireplace.Patio doors give access to the terrace and garden. There is a separate dining area with a long table seating 8.The well equipped kitchen has an electric stove (ceramic), a large American style refrigerator and freezer, a microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle and dish washer. Wooden Provencal kitchen units and 70s style. Downstairs is the games room and bar, with the TV and table football, again with patio doors to a terrace with table tennis. There is a small WC on the ground floor.Upstairs, 2 hallways lead to 4 bedrooms. All bedrooms have new, comfortable mattresses. At the end of the first hallway is the master bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and views over the gardens. Next to the room is a separate dressing room with several closets. Adjoining a bathroom with walk in shower, bathtub, toilet, a bidet and 2 sinks. In the other hallway 3 bedrooms: 1 with 2 beds 100x200 cm, 1 with 1 bed 140x190 cm , both sharing a wide balcony with views over the gardens and pool, and 1 with 2 beds 90x190 cm.At the end of the hallway another bathroom with combined bath and shower , toilet and 2 sinks.

This is a beautiful family house which is great for a family holiday as there is enough space to be together, or to pick a quiet corner and do your own thing in peace. You can walk up through the woods to a small pond without leaving the property.

Seillans is recognised as one of the most beautiful villages in France. Within 20 minutes’ drive is Lac St Cassien with kayaks, pedalos , SUP boards and an Aquapark. Within 50 minutes’ drive, you can reach the coast.
