This beautiful stand alone chalet is located on the hillside up above Morzine.
Very close to both Morzine, Les Gets, Essert Romand and la Cote-d’arbroz not to mention Mont Chéry are all very close to the chalet. The back slopes on Mont Chéry are only 5 minutes away from the chalet, a great loccation to use as your base for both Winter and Summer holidays in the Portes Du Soleil, with a minimum of a 2 night stay, self catered.

The space
Chalet Nicole,
managed by Morzine Ski Holidays, is a charming alpine retreat located approximately 5 kilometers from Morzine, nestled below the hamlet of Côte d’Arbroz and above the village of Essert Romand. This standalone chalet spans three floors and accommodates up to 12 guests in four en-suite bedrooms, two twins and two triples plus one twin sofa bed offering you a high standard of comfort and privacy.
The main floor features a spacious L-shaped lounge with an open fireplace, underfloor heating, and ample seating, creating a cozy atmosphere for relaxation. An open-plan, well-equipped kitchen and dining area provide the perfect setting for communal meals. Additional amenities include a heated boot dryer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and on-site parking.
Situated on a hillside, Chalet Nicole offers stunning views over the valley floor and surrounding peaks, including Nantaux, Super Morzine, and Ressachaux. Its location requires a 10-minute drive to Morzine or the nearby ski lifts. Guests are advised to have a car for convenience, though a drop-off and pick-up service to the slopes is available upon request for an additional charge.
The chalet is available for both self-catered and fully catered stays, with flexible arrival and departure days during low season and summer months. Fully catered bookings include daily slope transfers. Nearby amenities in Essert Romand include a cozy bar/restaurant and a pizza takeaway, with a Carrefour hypermarket located just below the village.
This chalet is available to rent all year round.
