If you are looking for a place to relax, then this is the right one for you! The house is located between Lefkada and Preveza. The landscape is full of trees and flowers. There is a beach nearby that you can go for kite surfing!

If you were looking for a place to relax then our house is ideal for you. It is located in a place full of trees and flowers. Just 10 minutes from the sea and within walking distance of Lefkada and Preveza.

The space
Our home is in a field full of fruit trees, palm trees and flowers. There is a lot of space so you won't have to worry about the parking. We cultivate fruits and vegetables and if you want, you are welcome to ask and learn more about them. Nearby there are activities that you can do, such as kite surfing, windsurfing and horse riding!

The house is wooden, around 30 m². There are 1 single bed and 1 double bed, one of them is separated in a small space with a curtain for more privacy. All the windows have screens so the bugs will stay outside. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave and a small oven. The bathroom has a toilet and a sink. The shower is outside the house in nearby structure. There is a solar water heater so you always have plenty of hot water. The courtyard is ideal to have your breakfast and chill while listening to the sounds of nature.

In 4, 7 km from the property there is a beautiful beach ideal for Kite surfing, Wind surfing and naturally swimming. Moreover the city of Vonitsa is nearby (14, 5 km from the house) where there is the archeological site of the castle and the Horse riding club. Also the amazing beach of Panagia is little further away from Vonitsa.

The location of the property is in a nodal point between Lefkada, Preveza and Vonitsa. Lefkada is about 15 minutes with a car and Preveza is 10. We strongly recommend to have a car to get around freely. If you don't have a car there is a bus stop about 10 minutes from the house!

Our space is full of fruit, palm trees and flowers. There is a landscaped space to park your car near the house. Near the house we grow fruit and vegetables.

The house is wooden, about 30 m². Includes 1 single bed and 1 double bed, 1 of which can be separated from the rest by a curtain. All windows have screens that prevent insects from entering the space. The kitchen provides fridge, microwave, kettle, kitchenette and household utensils. The bathroom has a toilet and a sink. The shower is in a different building next to the house. There's a solar water heater, so you won't be without hot water. The outdoor courtyard is the perfect place to grab your breakfast and relax in a peaceful setting.

At 4.7 km from the plot there is a beach for Kite surfing, wind surfing and of course swimming. In Vonitsa ( 14.5 km from the estate ) there is the archaeological site of the castle and the Horse Riding Club where one can ride. Also just outside Vonitsa there is the organized beach of Panagia.

The estate is located at a hub between Lefkada, Preveza and Vonitsa. Lefkada is about 15 minutes drive while Preveza is 10. We suggest you have a car so you can move around freely. In case you don't have a car there is a bus stop about 10 mins walk to the house.
