The space
The apartment is on the first floor of a characteristic building in the center of Florence, in the Santa Croce district. Going up the stairs and reaching the first floor you can discover the perfect setting for your stay in the city! My house, in fact, offers a well-kept, modern environment, although characterized by architectural elements from its era, such as the floors of the living room and the wooden beamed ceiling. You can totally enjoy all its rooms, namely: the living area that houses the relaxation area, with sofa bed, TV, dining table and kitchen, modern and equipped with everything you need to cook; there is also the spacious and bright bedroom equipped with a comfortable double bed and wardrobe where you can store your personal belongings and, finally, the bathroom with comfortable glass brick shower and washing machine (attention to the small step!). The highlight of the house is definitely its nice terrace equipped with chairs, where you can chat and sip a good glass of wine together!

It is, in fact, just a short walk from Santa Croce, where you can admire the beautiful and homonymous Basilica and enjoy the lively daily life of the neighborhood: this is known for its historicity, but also for the night entertainment it offers, full of restaurants and places where you can live pleasant moments of leisure. You won't be able to miss a stroll through the banquets of the characteristic Sant 'Ambrogio Market 240 meters from home and can be visited every morning of the week. With everything at your fingertips, you can fully enjoy every aspect of this enchanting and magical city that, I'm sure, will be able to steal your heart!
Take advantage of the great location of home to enjoy every subway of this city! Very central is a few meters (240) from the Mercato di Sant 'Ambrogio and Santa Croce (450 meters): all the city treasures will be easily reachable by moving a few more steps. Get lost in the streets and alleys and open to discover the history and everyday life of Florence. For the most challenging trips you will have several buses that stop in the immediate vicinity of the house and ready to take you in any direction you want.
