A sunny garden studio nestled in the heart of Bristol. The private studio is a city centre oasis with lovely view of owners garden and yet is just minutes away from fantastic local pubs, award-winning restaurants, shops, cafes, museums and art galleries. The secluded spot is hidden away amongst the stunning Georgian houses. Recently renovated to a modern high spec, it comfortably sleeps two in a double bed with the luxury of an en-suite bathroom, with its own entrance and total privacy.
The space
Entrance to the Den is at the back of the house (please read the Parking info below). The space is equipped with a kitchenette perfect for some simple lunches, suppers and breakfasts. There is a bar area to eat at whilst enjoying garden views (although no access is permitted into the garden itself). The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob and microwave as well as toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine and cooking utensils. Basics such as tea, coffee, oil, salt and pepper are provided. In the bathroom hand-wash, body wash, shampoo and conditioner as well as towels are all available.
The Den is the perfect spot for relaxing and we want you to make yourselves at home - enjoy birdwatching from the studio window, a lazy morning in bed or out exploring the city. When normal life resumes our flat is also the perfect commuter stop for weekly commutes or short business trips. It has well connected transport links through the local train or buses.
Mod Cons
TV:
The TV is both an Apple TV and a Smart TV. Use the Sony remote and press HOME to get apps such as Netflix, Prime, YouTube and BBC iPlayer and use the Apple TV (and the apple remote) to access your Apple account - although please remember to log off before you go!!
PARKING:
Local parking is a mix of resident’s only and Pay and Display. You can get 30 minutes free in the pay and display areas by submitting your car number plate and hitting the green button – perfect for unloading and loading. You can park all day in the Clifton Down carpark for £12. The sat nav postcode for the car park is BS8 2NN. It provides a partially covered car park accessed from Alma Road.
Parking is spread over seven levels with 360 spaces, including disabled and mother/child bays. The car park offers safe and secure parking from 7.00am to 10:30pm and was granted the Park Mark Safer Parking Award. Cars can be left in the Car Park overnight and will be charged the day rate of £12 plus any additional hours the following day. The Car Park is locked from 10:30pm to 07:00am and there is no access to vehicles left in the car park during this time.
During the day you can also get two hours free parking for Sainsbury's customers if they spend £20 or more in store, thereafter a reduced fee will apply.

Check in is STRICTLY at 3PM and not before. Because of COVID safety, we cannot offer earlier check in or earlier bag drop off, so please be aware of this before confirming your booking!
You arrive at the Den from a separate entrance around the back of the house. Please do not approach from the front of the property . The entire space is yours although there is no access into the owners garden, however you will have views of the owners garden and the back of their house from the window!
