The space
Spacious deck fronts both bedrooms. Enjoy spectacular sunsets and sunrises from this amazing hillside property. Decks in front and rear of property. Free onsite parking for up to 2 cars.

Other things to note
All guests must approve House Rules prior to booking. No parties, or loud, raucous activities permitted. Guests are required to leave apartment with dishes washed and put away and all garbage disposed of in the proper receptacles. An additional cleaning fee will be charged for excessively dirty apartments. No smoking is allowed inside the property - if smoking is detected guests will forfeit their security deposit. Guest limits are strictly enforced - please note how many guests are in your party prior to booking.
