Downtown Garage Apartment that is a new build. Close to the city center and a block or two from everything you could need! New ultra premium ifit queen memory gel foam mattress.

The space
Very nice, newly built garage apartment close to downtown. The space is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with 600 square feet. It is a great layout that feels and lives large. The stand alone space is nice and light filled with all the windows on all 4 sides. There are Mountain Views from the bedroom. The kitchen, living room and stairs are all one big room that is open with vaulted ceilings. The bedroom is large with two walk in closets. One closet has the washer and dryer. Everything is new and the space is fully furnished and decorated. The kitchen is a full kitchen with a large standard fridge, standard size stove with a microwave and vent hood above it. Granite countertops with a large deep sink. The island has two seats to sit and eat at.
The living room has a pull out couch from West Elm and a tv with cable.
Parking is right in front of the space and there is a foyer with space for your coats and shoes.
The alley is very safe with residents coming and going and the Pilates studio across the way. The neighborhood is very safe and neighbors look out for anything.
You will feel nice and cozy in this great downtown Garage Apartment.

You get the entire second floor of the garage apartment which is the whole space.

Other things to note
No smoking. The house is very well kept and finished. I expect it to be left exactly as you see it. No loud noises outside especially after dark.
The garage space downstairs is not accessible and is where the owner parks.
No cats.

Amazing location! Historic Baker is one of the hottest neighborhoods for its quaint streets of Victorian houses, restaurants and shops on broadway, and it's closeness to downtown. Walk score of 86, bike score of 96. The convention center, Pepsi center, mile high stadium, LoDo, Elitch Gardens, and the Denver Aquarium are one mile away.
The carriage house is located 1 mile south of downtown and very accessible to all major attractions. Conveniently located close to all the Denver has to offer. Many restaurants bars and shops are located on Broadway within walking distance. Neighborhood parks also within walking distance. Many new breweries and brewpubs are walkable including Breckenridge brewery and independent ones such as Trve, Black Sky, Lowdown, and Renegade.
Chipotle, Starbucks, Pizzeria Locale, Einstein's Bagels, sandwich shops, BBQ, sushi, etc. are two blocks away. Yogurtland, Gigi's Cupcakes, Japanese hibachi, Indian, tacos, and Moe's bagles are a block farther.
Punchbowl social is five blocks away with bowling, video games, ping-pong, pool, shuffle board as the hippest diner and bar around.
Trader Joes is a grocery store that is four blocks away.
Stranahans Colorado Whisky distillery and restaurant is a mile south offering amazing food and distillery tours.
Einstein's Bagles is a block away on the corner.
For breakfast, Dunkin Donuts, Einstein’s Bagels and Sugar Bakery are a block away.
The Mayan Theater is three blocks away and is Denver's premier independent movie theater in a historic 1920s building.
