From the large balcony windows you can sit watching the barges go by, lovely nigh-time views, with 2 balconies to soak up the views and relax. With a large smart Tv Netflix and Amazon.

The space
A large open plan lounge with striking views through both floor to ceiling balcony windows, the west facing balconies one with seating, a Juliette balcony from the other window, ideal for summer days, closed for winter days but still the view keeps coming! 2 comfy settees, coffee table, soft fluffy white lounging rugs, large smart Tv tuned to sky Netflix and Amazon and electric central heating throughout,.hot water on demand. The Dining table is seated next to the window in the dining kitchen to take in the views while eating. The kitchen has everything you’ll need, if not let me know, I’m on it!

Situated in Chester's Garden Quarter which is within sight of the city walls, it is a well-kept and easily accessible area running along side the Shropshire Union Canal which provides a pleasant 10 minute walk to the heart of the city, Delamere forest is only a 15 minute drive away ideal for a picnic, the Racecourse 10 mins walk and 10 mins drive to Zoo!
The views from the property are of the canal basin and beyond towards the welsh hills, directly opposite is a grassed picnic area and around the corner is a live music venue Telford's Warehouse. The area is generally quite quiet and is just a 10 minute walk from the Racecourse.

Chester train station is .8 of a mile

The apartment is situated around a 10 minute stroll by way of the canal tow path and cobbled streets into the city centre where you’ll find so much activity, food, drinks and entertainment and sights also 10 minutes from the Race course/zoo and just around the corner from Telford Warehouse a live music venue and great food too.
