New to the market: 2014. During busy peak season usual rental is Saturday to Saturday.

This is a beautiful loft, immaculately decorated and a cosy place to spend a few evenings. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and the beds were very comfy. However a few little bits and bobs don't work that made our stay a little awkward. The switch from shower to bath was broken which meant I didn't have a bath (a shame, as it looked beautiful!) the air-conditioning had been leaking when we arrived and so we had to clean up the water and catch further drops. This meant we couldn't use it during our stay, which was fine but would be tricky if it was hotter. There was also no lamp by the bed in the smaller, lower ceilinged bit of the loft. BUT, I'm sure these things can be fixed and it's a great base to explore the soča valley. Thanks Eduard for your help.

We loved our stay in the Tolmin loft!! Such a beautiful and cosy space, lovely to relax in but also perfectly located next to supermarket, walks etc. We were greeted by Jana who showed us everything we needed and Eduard was incredibly helpful and communicative, providing constant support and assistance. Would recommend without a doubt!

It was a very nice trip in Tolmin. The flat is really comfortable, well situated in a calm area. We have been hosted by Paul's neighbours, Natasha & Alec, who were always available to give us good pieces of advice. Thank you for all.

We stayed in Paul's loft for 8 nights over Metal Days 2016. We really liked the design, very cozy and different. The unit is really pretty inside and tucked right in the roof of the building. The kitchen was very well appointed and had everything to necessary make about any meal you could conceive. The location was perfect for walking direct in to the festival or for hiking up to the upper beach and floating down to the festival. The unit was very quiet even when the bands were fully cranked up and we heard nothing from the people downstairs. Lastly, the AC was a lifesaver on the hot days if you were not sitting in the river. Besides the festival, the location is also perfect for just visiting Tolmin. There are several grills and cafes very close and the walk down to the Merkator store is about 10 minutes. Parking is generally good but if necessary during festivals there is a public lot that Paul suggested just out back where there was always room.

We spent a few days in Tolmin and for us it has been perfect. The communication has been good, the check in happened without problem. The apartment is very well equiped, we found everything we need, we felt very lucky ! We recommend the apartment 100%.

Paul was very helpful, even when I was a bit disorganised on the day of our arrival. The appartment really is perfect. It had everything we could have wanted for a lovely holiday, and the location is amazing. It really is the best location if you want to explore the national park, and is in easy reach of the coast and the capital. Tolmin itself is a nice little town and had everything we needed. We couldn't recommend the apartment more and would love to come back. The only things we were a bit disappointed about was the fact that the sound bar that is mentioned in the description was not in the flat, and neither was the stereo, and it felt like the cleaner hadn't done a very thorough job. Not the end of the world however. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay Paul!

Our host Paul was accommodating with instructions for the flat and even though he wasn’t there in person his neighbour let us in and showed us where to park which was fine. The flat is as described, however was a disappointment. The toilet wasn’t cleaned at all and the bed sheets didn’t smell as if they were freshly washed. It gave us a feeling as if the flat wasn’t clean. Then there was the sound from the air-con / heater which was loud and repetitive and could only be turned off at the main box, but that meant no heat and no WIFI as was on same connection. So if you wanted to be warm and have internet you had to put up with the constant tapping sound. Several lights didn’t work and the TV didn’t work either. Not a big thing for us as we out all day but would have been good in the evening to watch a film. Paul did offer to use the flat downstairs as a substitute which was a solution, however it wasn’t that convenient as we were staying only 2 nights and had already unpacked. Plus, it wasn’t what we paid for.
