A newly built, modern, spacious condo with an upstairs ensuite air conditioned bedroom, walk in closet and balcony. Open Plan downstairs with full kitchen, living room and a 1/2 bathroom. It is peaceful and private,ideal for a romantic get away.
Situated in the tranquil and unique village of Laborie, 15 mins. drive away from the main International Airport .
A half an hour drive takes you to the quaint town of Soufriere where you can experience the Sulphur Springs, and The Pitons .
The space
The condo is situated in one of the warmest and serene villages in the beautiful island of St.Lucia, away from all the hustle and bustle. The condo has been equipped with all modern amenities and has a feel of being home away from home. The upstairs bedroom suite is relaxing , peaceful and simply beautiful. The two floors each having it's own balconies , where you can unwind with a drink after a long day at the beach. There is also a long patio to the back for additional lounging and entertainment. A security system has been installed for additional safety.
