Large deck. Propane BBQ. Fire pit. Central AC, WIFI.
Dock for 20 ft boat. Swimming within 15 minutes at Provincial Park or Baxter Beach. Kayak, canoe, paddleboat, life jackets available.
Great discounts for renting by the week in summer 2024.

The space
Fully renovated - EVERYTHING is new. 2 bedrooms, 2 full washrooms, all appliances, flat screen smart TV, air conditioned. Waterfront, great for boating and water sports. Swimming typical of the Rideau River. 2 beaches within a 15 minute boat ride. 20 foot dock. Motor boat not included. Bring your own and launch at Curry Park 10 mins away in Kemptville. Canoe, kayak, paddleboat and life jackets available and included in rent.

Other things to note
Parking for 2 vehicles. Only registered guests may stay over. Firewood provided for the bonfire area. Located just 5 minutes from Kemptville and 30 minutes south of Ottawa. A very private place for vacationers, guests between homes or corporate relocation. A perfect blend of rural living, just 5 minutes from amenities.
