An exceptionally stylish and fully equipped modern villa, set in a peaceful cul-de-sac on the southern tip of Loch Ness. With stunning mountain views, this beautifully furnished home features spacious open-plan living, three inviting bedrooms, two contemporary shower rooms, and wrap-around gardens. Thoughtful touches and a hint of luxury throughout ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. Ideally located, just a short walk from shops, restaurants, the canal, and the loch.

The space
This spacious villa boasts an impressive open-plan first-floor entertaining space, featuring a living area, study, and dining zone—all framed by a striking 15-foot picture window that captures far-reaching, picturesque views of the surrounding landscape.

The beautifully designed ground floor offers a stylish open-plan kitchen and breakfast area, a second cosy living room/snug with a log-burning stove, three comfortable bedrooms, and two contemporary shower rooms. The property is fully equipped throughout to ensure a relaxed and effortless stay.

Outside, the wrap-around gardens provide a variety of spaces to enjoy the outdoors, including a firepit and BBQ area with seating, a large picnic table, and off-road parking for three vehicles.

Other things to note
We warmly welcome families with young children and have provided a large playpen, along with a selection of toys and books to help keep little ones entertained.

However, we kindly advise that due to the open-plan layout and open-tread staircase, the property may present some safety considerations for very young or particularly energetic children, as well as for guests who may be less sure-footed.

Please note that the floating design of the staircase includes gaps between steps that a small toddler could potentially slip through, so extra care and supervision are recommended.
