Ta' Xandru is a recently renovated house of character in the village of Munxar in the island of Gozo. This modern house is complimented with a large swimming pool and outdoor area with ample space for entertaining. This property has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area seating 12 and sitting room with 55'' television. There are 4 large bedrooms with ensuite shower facilities. The house is fully airconditioned and has wifi.

The space
On ground floor level one finds a double bedroom with ensuite, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, sitting room, and pool area with outside shower, toilet room, gas bbq, outdoor dining facilities and sun lougers.
On first floor there are 3 large bedrooms all with ensuite shower rooms. There is a washroom leading to terrace with staircase to the roof.

Guest access
Basically guests will have access to all the farmhouse except for the garage and the store.

Other things to note
On request we may prepare a small foldable table and a chair in any of the bedrooms so that guests may do some work comfortably from their room, during their stay at Ta’ Xandru Farmhouse.
