Doesn't get much better than this! This fully renovated house has been updated head to toe. Super convenient location. These properties are walking distance to The Rail Yard, The Historic Haymarket and all other downtown events. If you're feeling ambitious, you could even walk to the Pinnacle Bank Arena or Memorial Stadium.

The space
This house is as close as it can get to the Railyard and Haymarket- so location is key here! It's just an added bonus that this house has a fun, Instagram-worthy feel to make any getaway even more fun!

The entire home is yours to enjoy! You will have a full kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom and a basement laundry room to utilize while you are here.

Bedrooms:

In the Haymarket Hideaway 2, there are two quaint bedrooms each equipped with a queen sized bed. We know how important it is to get a good night’s sleep while you’re away from home so we splurged to provide the most comfortable beds around and four pillows for each bed! Each bedroom has a clothing rack or closet and hangers in case you want to unpack during your stay.

Kitchen:

You will find a fully stocked kitchen equipped for light cooking. Including a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig machine along with creamers, sugars and assortment of flavored coffee. If you plan to cook a large meal, ask ahead for any certain kitchen utensils that you might need! We have also provided a few games to play during your stay that are located in a cabinet storage space.

Living Area:

There is a smart TV in this house with Roku access. This will allow you to login to your Netflix, Hulu or prime account upon check in, just don’t forget to logout before you leave! (There is no DVD player or cable TV at this house).


Bathroom:

This bathroom is fun and silly, but it is also fully stocked for your convenience. Shampoo, Conditioner and Shower gel will be found in a dispenser in the shower. We’ve provided plush bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. There is a storage closet in here with extra blankets, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, vacuum and laundry baskets, etc.


Basement:
If you find yourself needing to do a load of laundry, have no fear! We’ve provided a washer and dryer in the basement along with laundry detergent and dryer sheets.

Outdoors:

We are currently in the process of designing an outdoor commons area for the three houses included in the Haymarket Hideaway community. For now, please enjoy the front patio looking out to the State Capital.
