We offer a large 3-bedroom house to guests, located in a beach front modern housing development, known as South Beach, 14km from the Dar- Kigamboni ferry. The house has master bedroom and two additional bedrooms, spacious living room, with television and contemporary furnishings, big kitchen, well equipped with fridge, microwave and stove. Perfect for entertainment!There is large backyard, porch, garden and chairs where you can relax (even barbeque) & enjoy birds singing & beauty of nature.

The space
The house is in kigamboni area, 14km from Dar es Salaam city center, in a new beach front housing development know as South Beach. It is a gated community of approximately 100 homes on the beach, with single entry and 24 hour guards.

Guests will have full access to the sugar fine white sandy beach and the warm Indian ocean for sun bathing, swimming, snorkeling or simply enjoying a beach walk to watch the sun or moon rise or set in the sky.

You will be on the most prestine beaches in Dar area!

Staying at our house is like taking an Island vacation without leaving the city.

Guests have access to the entire house and the beach which is about a 3 to 5 minute walk.

Other things to note
This house is 45 minutes from town so guests should get groceries, supplies and foreign currency exchanges in town before coming to house. There is only local restaurants and convenience store nearby with local fish, chicken, vegies, fruits, soda and such items. The house is suitable for getaway and beach; not appropriate for people who need to go to town daily for work, meetings or functions. we also provide 100 units on your stay for luku, when is finished guests have to recharge

Living in South Beach Residences is truly like living in paradise! The housing development was built for those wanting to be in the city but want a country side feel. The air is fresher here and the folks friendlier. It enjoys unmatched privacy and an incredible stretch of the sandiest of sandy beaches.

For the nature lovers, the property's location allows for wonderful early morning hiking trails and birdwatching. See how many different bird sounds you can recognise. Or maybe just stop by Islamic Beach and check out the fresh catch of the day.

South Beach Residences offers a unique point for those wanting to explore the southern parts of Dar Es Salaam and further on as it reduces travel time.

Guests will be glad to know they can purchase beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) at the clubhouse and some delicious mishkaki. Please stop by the clubhouse and have a chat with the residents.
