Modern, freshly painted, newly carpeted with 'all new' quality furnishings and appliances, you will love my home because it is super clean right next door to Hamiltons Luxury Portside and the Brisbane River.

Single level, central air-conditioning, natural cool breezes, moderately equiped kitchen, large living area, huge alfresco courtyard overlooking infinity pool and entertaining area. The complex is a mixture of professional and older long term residents.
