Delightful apartment, perfect for 4 people, a few steps from the blue sea of ​​Salento.
The apartment is located in a strategic position in the town, it is located in an area well served by supermarkets, bakeries, cafés and a few hundred meters from the seafront where the life of the village takes place. The distance allows you to reach it quickly but at the same you are not bothered by the noises at night.

The space
The apartment is located on one floor, and it is possible to enter through the private courtyard, large enough to be used as a garage for a small car.
Inside, the structure has a kitchen and a living room, a corridor is also attached to it which connects the complete bathroom, the service bathroom and the two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds.
The peripheral position in San Giovanni, name of the marina, offers a very pleasant tranquility, most noticeable in the evening and night, when the nightlife moves on the waterfront, a few hundred meters, which flanks the Ionian on one side and numerous pubs, restaurants and attractions for the little ones on the other.
