Our newly built apartment is a beautiful, relaxed space, exuding tranquility and quality time.
Our home away from home is conveniently situated between Umhlanga and Umdloti, under 5 minutes from each, and 10 minutes from King Shaka International Airport. (See pics).
We set out to create a space that is ideal for a small family (2 adults and 2 kids), balancing warmth, comfort, convenience and aesthetics. It is safe, secure and serviced daily (except Sundays and public holidays).
The space
Open airy and light, the space is modern and clean, designed for optimal relaxation, rejuvenation and hearty meals.
Epitomizing resort-style family living, it is an ideal space for children to play (including digital TV, internet access, children's books and games, the park below, and the putting green). It is equally enjoyable for adults, comfortable and convenient, with a fully kitted kitchen for aspiring chefs.
The space has been created as our home away from home. This is evident in the furnishing, finishing and amenities. We ask that our guests treat it as such and care for it knowing thatour family will return to it. Please treat it with the respect it deserves.
For your convenience the unit will be SERVICED DAILY (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
We provide complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, milk pods, roller towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, body lotion and shower gel.
Our unit is fully furnished and equipped with bedding, towels and swimming towels.
The Sibaya Precinct has access to 6.5 km of beach, from estuary to estuary, and boasts 350 hectares of protected forest.
Guest access
The apartment is let as a whole. It comprises two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living area (kitchen and lounge) and balcony, to which guests have exclusive access.
It is on the 3rd floor (Ground plus 2 floors up), with both elevators and stairs.
There are 2 undercover parking bays dedicated to the unit, secured by 24 hour security and biometric access
In addition, guests have full access to two rooftop pools overlooking the Sibaya Coastal Forest and Indian Ocean, which includes gas braais (ready for you to braai and cleaned for you!) **## Due to Covid the cumunal braai's have been removed until further notice. We have purchased a beautiful gas braai which you can now use on the balcony of our unit (one of the few!...) ##** , as well as a putting green.
For the younger more energetic, there are two kids pools and a fun water slide and the park with a lovely jungle gym.
Nature lovers will delight in direct access to the Sibaya Coastal Forest, which is a protected conservation area which ultimately leads to the beach. (Please note that there is no direct beach access within a convenient walking distance, as it is some way to walk through the forest to the beach)
Other things to note
Our unit is a strictly NO smoking, NO parties unit.
Regrettably due to new complex rules ball sports or games are allowed.
No commercial photography without prior arrangement and supervision.
No drones allowed.
The unit will be cleaned and clean linen put on the beds before your arrival and after departure.
The unit will be serviced daily (excl. Sundays and public holidays) for your convenience.
Bedding and towels will be changed once during a seven day stay. Should you require additional linen changes, we will gladly arrange this for an additional fee.
No parties or excessive drinking allowed.
