The ultimate Hen and family celebration house, tucked away down the long farm track you can escape the world and live in paradise. The ultimate sleep over for any age! This unique house has everything you’ll need for a proper celebration, the cosy yet spacious house brings everyone together. Whether you are snuggling up in front of the fire with a hot chocolate or rocking to Bon Jovi whilst dancing on the table, you’ll love everything this house has to offer. Make memories with people you love.

The space
We are catering especially for groups who love the outdoors, sleeps up to 15 in a beautiful old granary plus two addition rooms. The upstairs granary is a huge open loft space with 12 bespoke handcrafted beds, ideal for groups who want a fun night away together. There is a double bed downstairs and private snug with sofa bed. The Peddler’s Den is designed for groups to spend time together and relaxing, huge open plan rooms and yet cosy at the same time. A relaxing retreat in the heart of Yorkshire, surrounded by natures playground. Meals and additional treats can easily be arranged; afternoon tea, gin tasting, cocktail evenings, pamper nights. Additionally bikes can be organised and trips to local ‘go ape’ and we also have North Yorkshire Water park only 15/20 min drive- which is water fun of all descriptions!

The Peddler’s Den is situated on our farm, we do live on site but very separately (so it’s very private)
We do share the same drive and occasionally tractors will pass… or the occasional loose lamb!!

The house has two bedrooms on the ground floor plus two bathrooms on the ground floor.
The main bunk room is upstairs with its own two bathrooms.

Very spacious and we provide a well equipped kitchen designed for groups and large group hosting.

Other things to note
I would like to ask guest to leave the barn as clean and tidy as possible. Towels and bedding are provided.
Please do not stick things to the walls.

Sorry no dogs allowed.

Please ask about day guests as extra guests are not permitted. Charges will apply for extra guests.
