Description

The space

AMAZING SPOT NEAR AMAZING PLACES!

This beautiful apartment has original hardwood floors (hard to find in Miami!) and three living spaces: a living room right as you enter, followed by a dining room, and a very large bedroom. The kitchen contains all the essentials you may need to make your vacation easy and enjoyable. Two window air conditioning units ensure that you will be cool during your stay in Miami. Each room has ceiling fans to keep the air flowing. And with lots of windows, the apartment is bright and full of light! There is a coin-operated washer and dryer on the premises that you can use during your stay as well. I live here with my dog, Max, but travel a lot, so I rent out the space on the days that I'm out of town.

Other things to note

I live with a dog, just in case you are allergic.

Hi! I'm a native of Miami, FL, and a grad student at Princeton University here in Miami studying street art, contemporary art, and neighborhood change in Wynwood. I study the sociology of culture and am an avid traveler slash experienced conversationalist. I also teach at the University of Miami and Florida International University. I've been to lots of different places around the world for lots of different reasons: fossil digging in South Africa, a Buddhist monastic experience in Taiwan, and even high school teaching in London. All along the way, I have met amazing people and have made lifelong friends. I am a very respectful house guest who tries to leave every place better than he found it. I usually try to travel to places where I can really get to know the local people; you would probably find me at the local dive bar or coffee shop rather than at the local mall or nightclub. All in all, I'm just your regular book worm with a traveling problem!
