This spacious family property is directly overlooking the beach with a tranquil setting, extensive views and beautiful sunsets. It is a welcome retreat following a days walking or sight seeing and aims to provide a space to enjoy each others company whilst relaxing. Hoylake hosts the Golf Open and is a friendly village with international restaurants, selection of hostelries including a traditional fisherman's pub. There is easy access to Liverpool which currently hosts some Terracotta warriors.

The space
This is a light, bright Georgian house built in 1879 which provides comfortable and easy living space both inside and out. Downstairs there is an open plan kitchen with breakfast bar and access to a downstairs bathroom. The family dining room has a table which sits 8 comfortably and a piano for those who are musical. In the lounge there is seating for 8 with a smart TV and stunning, uninterrupted views of the welsh hills, Hilbre Island and the beach. There are 2 further floors each floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom. This gives sleeping arrangements of 3 kingsize and 2 single beds with floor space for extra guests if needed. All bedrooms have sea views. Outside there is a secure garden, patio area with table and chairs and parking alongside or directly in front of the property.
