It is especially perfect if the Northern Quarter is your kind of scene where you can enjoy quirky bars, designer coffee shops and lots of variety when it comes to eating out. Manchester Arena and Victoria Train Station are also only a short walk away.

This spacious and stylish apartment has large windows in the living space, making it wonderfully bright and airy, and is finished with premium sanitary ware, a German manufactured kitchen and branded appliances. In brief the property comprises of an open-plan living/dining area, family bathroom, master en-suite and two spacious double bedrooms. The apartment also has large doors leading to a balcony, ideal for those warm summer evenings!

Only a 7 minute walk to Manchester Arena, Arndale shopping centre, Victoria Station and the Printworks. Inside the Printworks you will find many attractions such as a cinema, crazy golf, gym, escape room and a vast number of bars and restaurants.
