The studio is located on the 3rd floor, in front the beach, in the center of Artemida ideal for holiday, very close to Athens city (aprox. 23km), next to Athens International Airport(4km) and Rafina port (5km) where you can travel to Cyclades islands (Andros,Naxos, Paros, Evia, Myconos). Further (42k) is Lavrio and its port to other islands (tzia, kythnos etc) and the temple of Poseidon at cape Sounio (24 km). Ιn 8km is the Attica Zoological Park and the Glen Mc Arthur shopping center.

The space
The place is independent, small (20 s.m.) but cozy at the 3rd floor of a small family owned building, without kitchen. It has a double bed, table, chairs a small fridge and kettle. Bed sheets, pillows, towels, soap, and toilet paper are included.
The balcony is right in front the beach between sky and sea ..............!!!!!!!!
It combines relaxing holidays since you are really on the beach (in 1 minute) for swimming and all the benefits being at the center of the town (banks, grocery, bakery, super market, taverns, kafe shops,...........)
In 7km from the apartment is the Vravrona ancient temple of Artemis (goddess of hunting), in 100m is the albatross surfclub , along the beach there are many other windsurfing clubs (kitesurfing, sup etc). In walking distance there are Grocery stores, pharmacy stores, coffee shops, taverns, in Spata (9km) there is a public Health Center.
Sun beds and umbrellas are offered by the beach bars and coffee shops for free, you just order your refreshment and enjoy a real relaxed holiday experience under the Greek sun. Right outside the apartment’s door there is a nice coffee shop and you have the possibility to order your coffee or your breakfast to your apartment if you like and then to spend your day at its sun beds and swim.
There is public transportation to the airport, to Athens city center and rafina port as well, all day. Taxi station is also very close. Ideal for a single traveler or a couple seeking for accomadation near Athens Airport.

At the same builiding threre is "Artemis Beach Cafe" for breakfast or lunch (also sunbeds at the beach) right accross the entrance is a store with homemade food in packet. In walk distance are taverns, cafe shops, bars, banks, groceries, super market e.tc. In 100m away from the beach is "Albatros surf center" where you can try surf, SUP, kit e.t.c and of course the beach in 50steps from the entrance.

In case you want to have breakfast or lunch to "Artemis beach cafe" next door, a 10% discount is waiting for you - just say that you are staying to the apartment.
