I furnished the apartment for my personal use, only later I decided to rent it, too. The furniture is of high quality, and it's very well equipped with almost everything you can think of: washing machine and hair dryer in the bathroom, drying rack and iron, in the kitchen there is an electrical oven, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an induction cooker, a toaster, a mixer, a hand-held vacuum cleaner, a spring form, fondue and racklette, just to mention a few.
The entire apartment will be available for the guests, only a part of the cabinet is for our private use.
Interaction with guests
We will hand over the keys and get them back after the period of staying (if there's no emergency, of course). Otherwise the guests will not be disturbed.
Other things to note
Bruneck (Brunico) is a beautiful historical town, first mentioned in the thirteenth century. With its 15,000 citizens, it is the largest town of the Puster Valley (Val Pusteria / Pustertal), a lovely valley in South Tyrol (Südtirol / Alto Adige).
We offer a private rental, the rent is subject to a contract.
The apartment is furnished and fully operational.
The bedding will be provided, as well as the towels.
Animals and smoking are not allowed, but feel free to smoke on the balcony.
The maximum number of persons staying at the apartment is five.
The guest is responsible for cleaning and snow removal.
The apartment must be returned in the same condition in which you found it.
My hometown is Merano, a town in South Tyrol.
My second home is Brunico, where my mother was born.
I inherited her apartment in the center of Brunico, but because of my job I need to stay most time of the year in Bologna. Instead of leaving the apartment empty, I wanted to share it with other Airbnb users ;)
