My husband and I will not be around during your stay so you will have complete privacy. Our house is located just 1 1/2 blocks from the beautiful sandy Cayucos Beach. Access is just down the street. Town and the pier is within walking distance—less than a mile. The neighborhood is residential and the neighbors are friendly and nice. There is a large front deck featuring a gas barbecue and patio table and chairs for outdoor dining/drinks. There are 3 TVs with HD Direct TV available.

The space
In front there is a large paved parking area—enough for 4 cars plus an RV. If you bring an RV there is an extra $45 per night for utilities hook-ups. There are full hook-ups (electricity, sewer and water). Great area for children to play.

There are natural points of interest like Morro Rock, beautiful shoreline vistas, State Parks, The Embarcadero in Morro Bay, and, of course, the beaches. There is a guest binder in the living room with suggested eating establishments including menus. Also, other points of interest: see the elephant seals, sea lions, harbor seals, otters, and other marine life.
