The space has been updated with fun, fresh decor and loads of Alaskan hospitality- perfect to serve as your Alaska basecamp.

Please note that this is not a party house. It is located in a family-friendly, residential neighborhood and the owners live nearby. Out of respect for our neighbors, we kindly ask that no loud music be played. Also, smoking of any kind is not permitted.

A washer/ dryer is located in the garage which guests may use.

Neighbourhood highlights

This home is located in South Addition- one of the best residential neighborhoods in town. Tucked between Minnesota Drive and the shore of Cook Inlet, this is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood anchored by Westchester Lagoon and the 11 mile Coastal Trail- both jewels of Anchorage.

Walking to the lagoon to see the waterfowl in the summer and continuing down the trail see the sunset is what this area is all about. Bike rentals are available nearby to truly explore what the trail has to offer (just watch out for moose- give them lots of space).

A city maintained ice rink on Westchester Lagoon also makes this area a popular winter destination.
